CMT Partners with St. Louis’ Own Professional Wide Receiver Darrius Shepherd to Promote Transit for Work or Play

Citizens for Modern Transit is teaming up with St. Louis’ own professional wide receiver Darrius Shepherd for a public awareness campaign that coincides with the St. Louis Battlehawks season. It will promote Metro Transit as the ideal way to get to gameday and for the work commute, while underscoring the availability of CMT’s FREE Try & Ride Program. Key messaging will be communicated via transit ads, billboards, community boards, website and social media content, a postcard and football card.

CMT will be doing a street activation the morning of the St. Louis Battlehawks home game on Saturday, April 20. Street teams will be at select Metro Transit Centers, including the Convention Center MetroLink Station, Shrewsbury Station, N. Hanley and Fairview Heights handing out football cards and mini footballs encouraging those taking transit to the game to also consider it for their work or school commute.
